Whether you’re new to triathlon, or you need help finding more balance in your training plan, or you want to go further or faster, or just simply want to build your fitness and enjoy the process, we can help.
We offer plans ranging from a 12 week self-guided plan based on your numbers, to 1-1 individualised planning around your goals, your life, & your current fitness level.

*All athletes undertaking a triathlon plan must be able to swim a minimum of 50m before undertaking any plan.
