Coaching Plans

We offer coaching plans for Triathlon, Swimming, and Cycling.

A heartrate monitor and basic sports watch is required for triathlon and cycling plans, a power metre is not required however it is desirable.

*Athletes must be able to swim 50m non-stop before undertaking any triathlon or swimming plan.

Triathlon Plans

Whether you’re new to triathlon, or you need help finding more balance in your training plan, or you want to go further or faster, or just simply want to have build your fitness and enjoy the process, we can help.

We offer plans ranging from a 12 week self-guided plans based on your numbers, to 1-1 individualised planning around your goals, your life, & your current fitness level.

Swim Plans

Want to swim faster?

Whether you’re a novice triathlete, swimming to get fit, a competitive pool swimmer, open water addict, or want to take on the channel, we can help.

We also offer swim for triathlon plans for those who just need a little bit of extra focus on their swim.
